RETURN POLICY

General Return Terms

v Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery or in-store pickup WITH RECIEPT/INVOICE

v Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or may return items in person to the store.

v Once returned items are received and inspected, a store credit equal to 90% of the original purchase price will be issued.

v 10% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns.

                      Condition of Returns

v All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items that show signs of use, including but not limited to:

·       makeup stains

·       deodorant marks

·       perfume or odor

·       pet hair

·       smoke exposure

    will be considered ineligible for return approval.

v If an item is deemed ineligible, the customer may choose one of the following:

·       Forfeit the item(s)

·       Pick up the item(s) in-store

·       Pay return shipping to have the item(s) sent back

 

Final Sale Items

v The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

·        Sale/clearance items

·        Holiday items (including Christmas, Valentine’s Day, July 4th, Halloween)

·        Accessories (including hats, jewelry, scarves, bralettes, bodysuits, bathing suits, gift cards)

·        Jeggings and leggings

·        Monogrammed, custom, or graphic tees

·        Any other items marked final sale at the time of purchase

v If final sale items are returned, the customer will be responsible for choosing one of the following options:

·        Forfeit the item(s)

·        Pick up the item(s) in-store

·        Pay return shipping to have the item(s) sent back

Shoes

v Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside a separate protective shipping box.

·        Shoes must be unworn and free of any signs of wear or damage.

·        Damaged shoe boxes will result in the return being denied.

·        If a return is denied due to box or item condition, the customer may choose to:

o   Forfeit the item(s)

o   Pick up the item(s) in-store

o   Pay return shipping to have the item(s) sent back
